Extremely good and cheap contract. Been with them for about a month and absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Had to contact customer support due to problems when setting up my contract and the guy I spoke to was extremely cheerful, fast and helpful. Nothing but good experiences thus far

Love the way I am kept advised of my bill each month and also any changes. While on holiday recently I could not get a signal but was able to make and receive calls using wi fi.

Always keep me informed of any special offers, it’s easy to access my account and they keep me up to date with my monthly bills, also their charges are reasonable

I was bored at work in March of this year and changed my mobile plan ?
ID MOBILE Sent out a sim card that suits me fine until I inserted it to my phone ?
I rang them several times and thought they wouldn't charge me for the non working sim card they sent me..but alas 5 months later I have found ID MOBILE Have been lazy have not sent me a bill to my house..
If you're keeping up they sent me a sim card that didn't work ?
So now they have not sent me a bill for me to dispute just straight onto my credit rating
No customer service
They ring and hang up
Not a very good experience ?

No coverage in Spain, no one to do online chat, no one to call for help. I will be terminating my rolling contract once back in uk
